Gameplay: At first I gave this game a low score, but I gotta tell you, after some time has passed, I think it deserves a much higher score. The reason: My son and I keep renting the game! Why do we keep playing it? Because it's fun and we like it! We should've just bought the game because it definitley has replay value. Whenever we have guests come to our house, we all vote to rent Red Dead! So in our little circle of friends and family, Red Dead ranks up there with Halo and Splinter Cell in terms of Multiplayer Shooters. If it had system-link, we would probably play it even more. Graphics: At first I thought the graphics could've been better, but now I think they did it right. With the intentional grainy look, it gives you the feel of the old west. So it works. Sound: Awesome. Hard to improve on sound. The musical score captures the Clint Eastwood westerns, I mean they nailed it - I'd buy the soundtrack! - "Kill him and let's get back to drinking!", & "I'm gunna kill you and use ya to wipe my beehind!" Good stuff! Value: Like I said, we keep renting it, and it's usualy out of stock at the rental store, so I guess that says something. The story line is a little thrown together, but if you can get by that, it really is a winner game.
