Let’s see… should I pay $20,000 for a Golf Simulator that takes up 1 room in my house, or buy Real World Golf for $69.99? Unless you win the lottery, Real World Golf is worth every penny. The Pros: The Gametrax system senses when you swing outside in to create a slice, or inside out to create a draw. It can even sense if I pull my head up during the swing, so it shows me topping the ball on the screen. No artificial machine is perfect, but like I said, it is the closest thing out there to a simulator or the golf course. The only thing that I don’t like about the Gametrax is how “easy” it is. I’m a 12 handicap in real golf. After the tutorial on the driving range I played my first 18. I shot par. Now that is the only major thing that I have against the game. You could get nit picky about the graphics, sound, or that Mad Catz is out of the extra gloves right now. You’ll know what I mean when you try to play with someone else. My review in summary: This game rocks! You can keep your swing grooved during the winter months or when you took the day off to play and it rains. Tiger Woods Golf will be on my shelf now until EA allows you to play it with the Gametrax!
