Ratchet: Deadlocked is a plot twisting game compared to the previous Ratchet and Clank sega.

Ratchet: Deadlocked took a new direction from the previous Ratchet and Clank games.

Just by the title, you already know that Clank isn't a major role in this game. Infact, Clank plays a minor role in this game. And not as a playable character.

Ratchet: Deadlocked is a plot twisting game compared to the previous Ratchet and Clank sega. This game is based only on multiplayer gaming. Ratchet gets abducted by a evil spaceman who goes by Gleeman Vox, who snaps a death collar around Ratchet and forces him to take part in a game show called Deadlocked, a deadly game where Ratchet must fight gladiators to survive. When playing single player, the gameplay is much much shorter compared to multiplayer.

The game is smooth and beautiful, with bright colors, detailed environments, and splashy weapon effects. Deadlocked focuses mostly on melee fighting instead of previous games relying on weopens from your arsenal. Although in Deadlocked you can level up your weopens and purchase mods, increasing ammo and damage.

There are many faults found in Ratchet: Deadlocked. The lack of Clank is a let down compared to the previous games in the franchise. In the cut scenes, Ratchet's eyes are crossed and it seems like Insomniac just threw him together in seconds and began improving on the gameplay. Another fault is that the gameplay is very short, maybe a day's worth of playing will complete the game.

The idea of Ratchet Deadlocked is superb. I fully enjoy the plot and ending. The gameplay is reveloutionary and the multiplayer gameplay is absolutely extraordinary!
