Skill points help?

This is what I've got for my PS2 version - I don't know whether you're playing on the PS2 or PSP, but the skill points should be the same regardless:

1 SP - Big Headed Giant Clank
3 SP - Big Headed Clank
5 SP - Big Headed Ratchet
7 SP - She's On Fire (Luna appears to be on fire)
8 SP - More Cowbell (The bells on Moo-tated enemies become larger)
10 SP - Mirrored Levels
12 SP - Super Bloom (Bright things become brighter)
14 SP - Big Headed Enemies
16 SP - Weapon Switching (Equipped weapon switches randomly - it might be when you push Circle, but I'm not sure)
20 SP - Bolt Confusion (You move in random directions)
24 SP - Old Timey (Lines and dots appear on the screen, like a poor-quality old film)
24 SP - Mooo! (Enemies sound like cows)
24 SP - Hardcore Mode (Disables Saving)
25 SP - Climb the Treehouse (When you click this, you go straight to the Treehouse)

Any cheat(s) can be turned on and off in the Cheats menu.
