How do I get past (Mechanoid Factory, Kalidon)?

Hi

I am stuck in a stage. Of mechanoid factory . its a place after I go through the elevator. When I kill all the enemies I get out of the elevator and move forward . where I get another elevator to get into the factory but its a huge green colour chemical lake which I cannot get through . please tell me how to get through that place.

I am through with the the one which has two boards on it . but i am not able to get through the one that has 4 to 5 bords on it . whenever i try to put the target i dont get the lock . i think i m not able to get quit close to it. any clue.

Equip your Swingshot tool and look around for one of those floating green orbs.

You should be able to swing over to it and progress in the level.
