Graphics have made some enormous leaps in quality in the last few years, with the arrival of each new generation of console, the boundaries of design and realism are being pushed more than ever. What impresses most about this particular genre is the concept of pushing the envelope does not generally detract from the game's visual appeal. Games are not meant to be real. This is EXACTLY how a platformer should look, feel and play. The visuals in this masterpiece of the Ratchet And Clank series are nothing short of breathtaking. Marry this to brilliant gameplay and an ever-involving storyline, and we have the best platformer on ps3. The worlds look amazing, everything moves beautifully, and the incidental effects are top-notch. The way the shallow water reacts when you are walking through it is just unbelievable. This is a brilliant game which you will be proud to own, and even more proud to complete.
