Quantum of Solace is a new take on the james bond games. It is a FPS with a 3rd person cover system and a nice hand to hand combat style. The single player campaign is short, but with the playthroughs it is really fun. The Begining of the stor starts at the end of Casino Royal where you capture White in his estate. The story after that goes through a little bit of the movie then goes into flashback moments of Casino Royal, then Back at the end to Quantum of Solace again. The guns are pretty cool too. I think they copies some off of CoD 4 but they still have some of thier own, like an auto-shotgun, a machine pistol, which you can put silencers on almost every gun. I recomend the first time you play through play it on 007 difficulty since its pretty easy. And, like usual, the graphics are magnificent because it is on a Xbox 360
The Multiplayer is also an added bonus. It uses the same Engine as CoD 4. it doesnt have a ranking system, but insteam a points system. Each perk/gun/attachment costs points and you get points from getting kill and wining rounds of Bond Evasion (im not going to spoil it), teritory control, golden gun mode and a couple of other modes. Athough the multiplayer is awesome, I now agree that the Hutchingson A4 has ruined the game. The hutchingson A4 is an Automatic shotgun with a 10 shell clip. If you add fast rate of fire and added damage, its an almost untoppable force, which is pretty lame.
All in all, if you like CoD 4, and Rainbow 6 Vegas, or if you are just a big James bond fan, you will probably like this game.
At first glance QOS would seem to be a great match for me. Being a lifetime fan of not only Bond films but FPS games as well, what more could I ask for? Well, there's always that hesitancy when it comes to playing a movi... Read Full Review
Ok, I brought this game yesterday. In all honesty, being that it was a 007 game, my expectations was very low. Nothing can beat the classic Goldeneye on the N64! I am a huge fan of Daniel Craig and James Bond so I was h... Read Full Review
