Tries to be different, but fails!

To start, the visuals are ok. The background and environment are different from one another, so each level is distinctive. The character graphics aren't brilliant, but passable.

The gameplay revolves around combat, and combat is broken into Gunplay, Fisticuffs and stealth. Gunplay is very simple. Hold a button (any button), and point to hit you're target. It's an iffy system. At the start, most bullets will hit, but later on they more likely to dodge. Melee involves getting up close and fighting the enemy. You move the stylus left, right, up and down to hit them, and hold on either side to block. Stealth involves you crouching down, sneaking up behind them and 'bang', they go down.

However, there are alot of faults here. Firstly, the enemy can somehow magically shoot through crates and other potential cover. Aswell, blocking in combat is iffy, as some movements don't translate into action, and also some special moves don't work. Stealth is basically trial and error.

There is an RPG aspect to this game. You can use cards to increase certain stats, Hearts increase health and clubs increase Gun-toting abilities. You can trade in Poker chips for bond points, which increase stats like guns and health, melee, etc.

The game contains about a dozen+ levels. Aswell, there are only 5 gun types, and 2 ammo types, which his convenient. The AI is ok, but they don't move and the melee combat is patterned, so it get predictable fast.

Overall, this isn't a good game, I wouldn't recommend buying it, or even renting it.
