Quake is the first game in the series however its different from the rest of the games in the series. In quake you run around a brown looking castle killing mutanats and the character you play as looks like a barbarian sort of person and the sky is purple and you get an ax and a double barrel shotgun and a shotgun and a rocket launcher and more, in the rest of the quake games your fighting enemies called strogg and it takes place on a reddish planet. I got quake off of ebay for $6 new and fatory sealed and it was a great deal. If your a quake fan you'll like this game. Some things in quake 1 are in other quake games like power ups(like quad damage) and theres also shotguns and shi* trying to kill you. Quake 1 came out in 1996 so its over ten years old and the most recent quake game was enemy territory quake wars which came out in 2007 and quake 5 should be coming out someday because how quake 4 ended (knowing id software it takes a while for a game to come out) so thats my fuc*n review and im sticking to it.
