You can't beat Quake III Arena when it comes to online deathmatch.

Quake III Arena was a classic. A game beyond it's time. A game with superior graphics (for it's time), terrific maps, and, of course, the greatest thing of all, the addicting online multiplayer. I have only one bad thing to say about this game. Nothing else. There are many ways to experience the game. You can either modify the game and play a totally different game, or you can play the standard game with online deathmatch and offline A.I. battles. The game is very addictive, and will keep you hooked for a VERY long time. In fact, I still play this game a lot today. The game is very fun, and you'll always feel rewarded when you get a kill. Quake III Arena was followed by Quake III Team Arena and Quake 4, which I never thought were really that great. Still, this game has to be the best, or at least second best, in the Quake series. Now, let's go to the chart.
THE GOOD:

THE BAD:
-A.I. during offline play is pretty dumb
