In the 'recomposition center' level, how do i climb the barrel?

I already use the barrel control, it only stacked up 1 set of barrels, my problem is i can't get to climb up the barrel. I tried jumping from the top of the control panel to the top of the stacked barrels but it didn't work. There is no 'climb' command in the player 'moves' control.
