Its confusing at the start so it needs time to get used to. Overall it is still the Puzzle Quest fun many of us are familiar with but the "innovations" they threw in will certainly have mixed reactions from fans of the first title. At first, the new colors confused me alot, but after constant battle (and mistakes) it quickly becomes apparent how you can manage them all. The varying gravity is one of the biggest throw offs for me. It affects strategizing so much it almost eliminates it in most of its games (for haggling games, since there are no new tiles added, this effect is much less). More often than not I find myself frustrated at how random some battles can be.
One major pet peeve is the constant (and rather sluggish) loading screens that occur in almost every action you do. I'm not too sure why it needs to load so constantly.
