One of the most innovative and fun games on PSP, a simple must-own for all PSP owners!!!

User Rating: 9 | Pursuit Force PSP
Aah Pursuit Force.
I got this game a mere week after i got my PSP, and i played it for weeks, trying to get an "A" rating on every mission.
That was an immpossible challenge, and also, seemingly were the final few missions.
You start out as an "Officer" and you work your way through the ranks until, after defeating the Cappelli Family, The Warlords, Convictz, The Vixens and "The Japenese guys" and i fondly know them, you wind up a Commander, with a big shiny gold badge.
Each group of bad guys have 6 missions, and on the 3rd and 6th you will face a boss.
These are basically the normal enemies toughened up a lot, with the ones on mission 6 being the main person from that group, and the 3rd being their 2nd in command.
It isnt all in cars though, there is one section that has you shooting a gatling gun on the side of a helicopter, many that put you in boats, and, too really bring variety, some on-foot sections that work surprisingly well, even though these are probably the weakest parts of the game.
The main draw from this game, however, has to be leaping onto a moving vehicle from another one, while shooting in the air.
It is so ridiculous its hugly addictive, and will have you playing it for hours on end.
The graphics are really good, and the art direction is great. Cut scene visuals, for example, way surpass PS2 in game graphics from the time by a mile.
The sound is good, with nice, meaty sounding guns and an irritating boss that shouts at you when you get it all wrong.
So thats the story, but, your thinking, what else is there to do?
Well, there is a surprising amount, actually. First off there are races and time trails, and you unlock new cars/bikes/boats to use in these by completeing races and the main story.
And, if that isn't enough, ther is a video and picture gallery to fill by, well, by winning everything, really.
And there is always that level that you cant quite get an A on...
