Very original story and environments that are works of art. A wonderful game.

This is a completely great game. It's story of kids with psychic abilities battling in the mental world works out great. You visit so many original areas and the story is more-or-less non-stop. The creators are unique, yet hold a familiarity with previous characters from Grim Fandango (some even have the same voices). I rate this game as follows: Gameplay (10): The movement is great, no glitches in these cameras. You always see what you need to and normally the camera moves for you, you don't even have to rotate. Everything is smooth and most definitely polished. Also, there many standard platformer features, such as collecting all the 'emotional baggage', etc. which leaves much extra gameplay. This game has great replay value. Graphics (10): This is a beautiful game and definitely defines video games as an art. The levels are masterpieces, the most beautiful I have yet to see in a video game (not necessarily graphically intense, but unique). Sound (9): All the sound has familiarity to it, yet seems to fit all levels very closely. There was great work put into this area. Yet, with a little lack of originality, I give this area a 9. Value (9): This $50 price point is not too bad for this game. It is a creative masterpiece, but lacks some of the xbox live and multiplayer value that many games have these days. Yet, as much of an art this game is, it still deserves a 9. Tilt (10): I love this game and can't wait to keep playing. There is never a boring moment and everything is fast paced. This is an instant classic.
