NBA Live 09 Question

How can you start playing nba live 09 online?

I
dont know how to do it or update the roster and every tome i go to multtyolayer it take me to ad hoc when i want to go to intructure mode?

I don't know about regular online play, but you have to do the rosters manually, or get the file from the saves section here at GameFAQs...
