Madden might be good this year. 2K has done well in making their own game, both for giving an alternate experience and in forcing EA to step their game up.

BigDaveyDogz et al.: Live for Windows does have both Gold and Silver, but they don't work quite the same as on the 360. On Windows you can play others with just a Silver account, but you can't do cross-platform play, and I think you also don't get voice chat or matchmaking. M$ realized that PC gamers are used to getting online play for free, so they opened up the free Silver account for them.

i could be wrong but i believe Windows Live does require a paid subscripton just like XBL on my 360. Im pretty sure i heard some things about it while researching my awesome Shadowrun game...i could be wrong of course lol. can you give a link to any info?"

I works just like Xbox Lives Silver & Gold memberships...so yeah if you want to play with other people, you need the Gold.

@scytheoflune "...so grow up, knock off the fanboy crybaby crap and admit that you wish you had all three consoles and both handhelds, because quite frankly, there are at least 5 fantastic, must have games on every system available."

Amen to THAT. Dispute it if you can.

Updates are coming my friend.... updates are coming. "

Well, as they don't seem too bothered in getting any games out they have plenty of time, and plenty of glaring online omissions, to include in the updates... with Sony this time around it seemd that everything is coming... if you just wait, go on wait, its all coming.... wake me up when something worthwhile arrives.... 2009 methinks.

I'm tired of waiting for games, Sony ask us to buy the console early to help support it and in return we get.... sweet fanny adams, play fair Sony.

I forgot how great that movie was. I just thought that Seth Green was a voice for Robot Chicken.
