    i don't know how much more i have to beat so its been a amazing game so far cause the awesome fighting,great graphs and some of the movies are INCREDIBLE. if u have a psp buy it or u suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I've been playing rpg video games for alot of years (trust me I'm old) phantasy star 1 on master system and Y's book 1&2. So I feel my age and experience is of value here. This game is nothing short of epic. The music, and gameplay are incredible, and the storyline is absolutely outstanding! Graphics, second to none on the PSP. the cutscenes are amazing, including the limit breaks your perform during battles. This game had me wanting a whole lot more by the ending. I beat this in about 30 or so hours, with approximately 38% of the side missions complete. I will definitely go back to my save point before the final battle and play through all the missions. I cannot stress this enough, if you remotely like RPGs, even if you have never laid eyes on the Final Fantasy series, this game will leave you completely amazed. I'm still totally awestruck at the visuals and mechanics of this game. Hands down THE game to have for PSP. Easily a 10/10 rating for this title. I've waited so long for an engrossing RPG like this one here. Very Enjoyable. Excellent work Square Enix!

    Lol @ Someone saying FF VII is the best RPG of all time.
    Anyways...Crisis Core is one of my favorite RPGs of all time. Zack is by far the most likable character in the Final Fantasy series, and the journey he takes you on through Crisis Core is nothing short of spectacular. Filled with tons of action, a different(yet interesting) battle system that you will grow to love, and a story that will both make you laugh, and bring you to the brink of tears, Crisis Core is a title I would recommend to any PSP owner.

    I really need to play FF VII its a sin that i havn't but it would make more sense to play it then play this, not what i did & play this & not it YET my PSP memory card aint big enough for the PSN store version

    no offense but if you hate rpgs then how come your default pic is the hero and villian of the best rpg of all time? Is it because ff7 made a believer out of you? If so your not alone. ff7 on ps1 back in the day is what made me stop giving all my attention to mario.

    This is in my opinion the best psp game to date. I played it then straight into ff7 then straight into dissidia. cant wait for agito 13.

    Just played Dissidia demo again and then felt motivated to play Crisis Core for the umpteenth time. I realized I just can't let go of the summer of Final Fantasy 7. This game didn't help. By far the best PSP game and quite an amazing story. The ending was quite frustrating in a good way. You can't help but keep going and fighting but know the inevitable... reminded me of FF7 and the Aerith/Aeris story, it happens and there is no way to stop it.

    I knew the ending before I ever played the game, because I had low expectations for it. I really don't care for RPG's that much, but I decided I'd give it a chance.

    Saw the ending, but it had no meaning to me until I played the game all the way through...I cried for about 2 hours after I beat the game, luckily it was at night so my pillow ended up soaked...

    I hate RPG's. But as soon as I played this game, I had the soundtrack imported from Japan, I got all the english cutscenes and made a 2 and a half hour movie about it...

    Then my PSP got stolen with that game in it.
    I might just buy another PSP just to play the game.

    I almost finished it and then i broke my PSP by accident :'( but still it was still the best game i have ever seen/played for the PSP, and the music is fantastic. They definately havent held back just because the game is on a different games system which is great because some games do, and after this it was definately a good choice to make it for the PSP because it shows that they can make amazing games no matter what the games console =D

    i felt really emotional after finishing the story.
    awesome game, great story and big action.
    I spent a lot of time playing this game about 72 hours to exact (to get 100%).
    totally worth it

    I AM SO GETTING THIS GAME NOW!
    I recently pulled out my PSP from my storage (long forgotten for over a year) and decided that i will rekindle my PSP with a new action rpg. Thus, this game is naturally what i am going to get. great review, great game.

    this game is so good.I just saw the movie and was surprised at how tall zack was compared to aerith and also how the the protagonist changes from zack to cloud.also I think that is a weird name for a soldier.maybe he has a sister named sun.

    Well, I really enjoyed this game , REALLY.
    But I must say, I DIDN'T know the ending (which almost made me cry) and I kind of could guess what will sort of happen, because when you are being saved by people who protect you from spoilers (thanks spamu, dimond2d and gnesh500 I owe you one, I think) and you know the end is going to be sad, you can guess it by yourself...

    I am so happy that sony released ffVII as a digital download.
    this game has one of the best storys & cutscenes that rock the psps graphic capabilities Again, Awesome!
