AU Shippin' Out June 4-8: Mario, Lara, and Shrek

Lara Croft and Shrek dominate this week's releases down under.

It's been 10 years since Lara Croft raided her first tomb, and to celebrate, Eidos are releasing Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary--a remake of the original Tomb Raider. The game is coming out this Thursday in Australia for the PC and PlayStation 2--with PlayStation Portable and Wii versions following later in the year.

Shrek the Third is making its appearance this week on almost every platform, including the Xbox 360, DS, Wii, PS2, and PC. As with most movie tie-ins, Shrek the Third is being released simultaneously with the film on June 7.

If you're after a less-than-serious sports game for the Wii, Mario Strikers: Charged Football may be just be up your alley. Mario Stikers: Charged Football is Mario's first original outing for the Wii and is booting its way into stores this Thursday--it is also one of the first Wii games to feature online play.

when is paper mario coming out here in Australia? Its been out in the USA for ages now. And while i am here why are we paying over $100 per game when the US pays $60? i understand that the US currency is worth 20 cents more per dollar than AU and shipping costs is a bit more but that should add up to $80 not $100.

    Sorry about my b.i.tc.i ng

I can't wait to pick up Mario Strikers, but I guess America has to wait on this one, blast it.

Australia doesn't get everything late. They get Mario Strikers before we do.
But Shadow Hearts: From the New World... yeah, that's late.

I can't believe some of you thought the AU Shippin out list is the same as ours, LOL.

Shrek 3 was already out on multiple game systems like 2 weeks ago, and the 3rd Shadow Hearts game was released last year, in America.

Can't some of you people read?

What is up with Gamespot's "Shippin' Out" section? They have been listing everything incorrectly, many of these games came out already...this has been going on with the "Shippin' Out" section for weeks now...dumb.

"Where is Call of Juarez in this list? It is supposed to be released for the XBOX 360 on June 5. "

i was wondering that two, that game is definetly better than the rest of the crap games coming out this week.
