Stacked pushes into factory

Development on Myelin's Xbox, PS2, PC poker game featuring Daniel Negreanu complete; PSP not ready to play?

Myelin Media today announced that its poker game, Stacked with Daniel Negreanu, has gone gold for the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and the PC. The game is currently scheduled to be in stores on May 30 for $29.99. Stacked uses the Poki artificial intelligence system, which studies and learns players' tendencies, and attempts to play differently to force gamers to adjust their style of play. Seven poker pros have been included in the game, and online play allows users to enter both multi- and single-table tourneys. Missing from Myelin's announcement was any information on the PSP version of the game, which the official Web site still lists as releasing on May 30. Stacked with Daniel Negreanu is rated T for Teen.

This by far will be the best Poker game on the market. Consider it a teaching tool and not just a game. The online multiplayer is linked to a show on MTV so I would think there may be prizes and contests and such. Unlike free online poker hopefully those who "Pay" for the game go online and acually play poker. Cause most free playersa going all -in on the first hand with 4 or 5 other players on the table isn't poker.

At worst the career mode will make you a better poker player but I do think the delay was to ensure that the online play is as solid as can be!

    Can't wait!!

If you play for free online you're a getting an unrealistic portrayal of how people play. I can't stand to play for free, cause it really is ridiculous. When there's money involved it's a whole knew ballgame. I don't know much about this game yet, but if it's done well, it could give a more realistic poker experience without having to play for money. Plus you may be able to live your dreams of playing in the WSOP (or whatever they have), which will never happen IRL, in this game. I don't know if I'll get it, as I play for money, but I'll atleast wait for the reviews.
