Is the CAS mode more like SC3 or SC4?

I felt that SC4's CAS mode was a major downgrade from SC3. Are there more slots like "Upper Torso," "Mid Torso," and "Waist" again?

Yes there is but waist is under special equipment like theres some equipment that is at the waist.I hope this help
