    Wtf i can't kill it!!@#%#^%^& and also it's raining so there's no point of doing rain dance again... also i have no melee ppl, only archers and spear.

    At the risk of stating the obvious, it sounds like you're getting too close and spooking it. You only need to hit it once to kill it. Make sure you have fever going as you approach, and attack as soon as even one of your units' (archers most likely) eyeballs look to the right indicating that they're in firing range. The archers fire three arrows each in fever mode, so hopefully at least a couple will find the target.
