DBZ: Another Road Question

How do you use DIscernment?

I have tried everything, but i can't use discernment. HELP!

It's when you teleport behind someone and attack them. To use it, you have to have 3 Ki bars. When, you have 3 Ki bars, you press X and the d-pad in the way you're facing the enemy just when they're about to attack you. I hope that helps.
