hOW DO YOU GET MAJIN VEGETA AND GOKU SUPER SAYIN 4?

I BEAT KID BUU BUT I DID NOT GET MAJIN VEGETA OR GOKU SUPER SAYIn 4

You have to beat the last level of the game without letting any cities get destroyd. I recommend Kid Buu.

To unlock both Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Majin Vegeta, you have to make both the Total Completion and City Defence to 100%. You can see your percentage when you go to Another Road in the Main Menu. It is on the left-side of the Chapter Slect Screen. Hope it helps.
