Cash Money Chaos loses Money, adds Guns

Arcade-style shooter for PSP undergoes name change, will now be called Cash Guns Chaos.

Perhaps seeing some redundancy or the lack of an appropriate description of the game's firepower, Sony Online Entertainment today announced that it has changed the name of Cash Money Chaos--but not too drastically. The PSP action game will heretofore be known as Cash Guns Chaos. SOE did not give any specific reason for the name change, but given the game's description of "more than 50 blood-filled and body-part laden levels," it makes sense. I don't like the new name, even if it does have "more than 50 blood-filled and body-part laden levels."

Cash Money Chaos doesn't make any sense anyway, given that "cash" and "money" are, um, the same thing. Why not just call it Cash Carnage Chaos?

SOE and cash in the same sentence, what a surprise!

Cash Money Chaos was catchier. This is a lousy change.

Hell, they just should have called it Smash TV 2.

You mean the arcade game Smash TV. Total Carnage was Smash's sequel.

Sounds a bit like the old arcade game Total Carnage.

Cash Money Records may have been the reason the name was changed. Damn you Lil Wayne! New name is just as good.
