Fallout 3: GOTY Question

I am unable to save. Can someone help?

Help! I can't save my game. My normal Fallout 3 game saves but not GOTY edition. What did I mess up or do I need a new game?

When you press start you need sometimes wait a minute for the Save and Load options to become available. The game is buffering or reading the drive or something, but often those options will not be highlighted immediately.

Have you tried the Autosave feature? Like when you rest, it should autosave, that's if you didn't change the settings to off. As for why you can't save, I have no idea.
