The note entitled "dead end". About killing Marko?

The notes found on a dead wastelander somewhere north I think. Some girl was hunting a guy named Marko. Has anyone found this Marko? Wheres he at?

Its just to add to the fiction, make the world seem fuller etc. He's not in the game.

However, there IS a Marko that works in the Mill in The Pitt DLC.
It is possible that this is a coincidence. Try talking to Marko and see if any interesting dialogue shows up.

Shot answer:this Marko dosn't exist.The Wasteland would feel rather empty if it wasn't for all the extra things added.There are lots of notes like this,like one east of the Dunwitch Building about how guy stopped because he thought someone was following his group and the others left him behind.The Marko in the Pitt is a different person altogether
