    I think a nice mixture of Onimusha with Samurai Warrior's would really show the quality of samurai games to a higher degree; mind you, there should also be a few nicks and knacks about the combat system's and God oh GOD, the voice acting, along with several other things I'm too lazy to add.

    @zowbaid,

    Hell yeah, that's what I'm so praying to see one day. Be nice if Capcom quit being jackasses about it and bring it back out....however this one seems kinda interesting too; might check it out eventually. (still want Onimusha though)

    It's not about realistic fighting, it's about the samurai and their principles. It's a game, and just like movies or stories, the simple details like fighting are allowed to and should be blown out of proportion to give some character to the story. The oldest examples of this are the epic poems of Beowulf or Gilgamesh... Obviously the aspects of those stories are unrealistic, but they present a point, and morals lessons.

    When are they going to make a realistic samurai game? Look at those exagerated moves... Looks like bollywood movies. Plus, just one of those blows could cut a person in half. What are they? Mutants? Wolverines?
    I just wanna cry... I've been wanting a decent samurai game for sooooo long.... This is just so disappointing.... =`(

    This'll have to fill in my crave for Samurai Warriors, since it's was never released for the PS3. Sony is better anyway...

    I don't know Deusman; Some of my favorite weapons in the series were the ones that just flatout defied reality, like the Ninja sword in the first game with the move of a thousand papercuts. (Actually all my favorite styles are from the first game with exception to one from Samurai Western)

    Anyhow I hope this means it is comming here... It surprises me everytime since they as a whole have made very little money overseas.

    I pray that one day japanese designers will catch on to weight transfer and alittle more realism in their games. With the exception of some (kojima) most of them just make these hack and slash adventures where the hit detection is horrible or the weight and physics of a character is just not there. If they applied that to this next way of the samurai it would have really been something to watch

    looking forward to see that challenging fights the older series have put on offer. Love the music from the first two series too a blend of classical-tradditional japanese-electronica-rock. Hope this one will keep that formula intact.
