    I totally agree dude, mario and prince of persia were the greatest 2D games of that era!! Seriously i had more fun in SNES and my OLD DOS PC than on the PS2. Similarly now, i am having more fun on the PS2 than the PS3.

    Man LBP is a welcome change that will remind us of our childhood and all the 2D games we played!!

    XDrThraxX.... no room for 2D games in this generation? Man, just because 2 comes before 3 doesn't mean it's old! That's probably the dumbest comment I've read in a looooong time. What are you expecting for the next generation, huh? a 4D game??? A lot of the most memorable games I've ever played were in 2D. Have you even seen the newer 2D games like New Super Mario Bros, Bionic Commando Rearmed, Prince Of Persia, 1942, etc? They all kick ass!

    this game looks disgusting, i dont know how anyone can play it, there is no room for 2d games in this generation. This game will fail all except appealing to 6 year olds

    'Yeah!' That looks defined. Just look at all the colors, and the levels. The in-game experience must be extraordinary! It's also creative to see how the developers have themed the game, not in as much that it moves at all from the prosperity and happiness of the games' mood, but the ghost scene was hilarious - Both at the emotes the Sackboy/Sackgirl were issuing; scared and frightened, and the whole attachment material connecting the ghost features from the ceiling platform. Its just blatantly fake! Still, that doesnt stop them worrying.

    mi6ops your statements are kind of off, and it's performance, but alas it's not 2D it's 3D which is quite obvious.
    It's innovative and new, do you know anything about this game at all? Did you even watch the video and see how OBVIOUSLY it is 3D? Just saying, your statements are either uninformed ones or ones of a troll perhaps.

    Um....yeah those grapics look amazing ,but Im sorry to anyone whos really into this however IMHO the gameplay looks HORRIBLE ! oh yeah yet another platformer oh man those are rare! c'mon you have an all mighty console preformance wise in the ps3 yet instead of developing a new/innovative type of game we get a boring old 2d platformer with a bright and shiney interface so it looks like it will be good UGH way to go sony in dropping the ball yet again....

    The more I learn about this game, the more I can't understand it. I'm not sure I follow where they're going with this one, and it doesn't look like a "killer app" to me. Then again I don't have a PS3 so I couldn't play it even if I did want it.

    This looks pretty sweet, a feel good game that I think I will be playing for the whole time I have my PS3. It's the kind of game you can come back to and still love.

    Look at anything about LBP. Do you honestly think they actually want us to understand this game? But does it really matter? No. It makes the game even better.
