Little sister adams?!?!?!!?!?

What are the pros and cons of totally harvesting little sisters and saving them besides the amount of adams you reeive which one is the better option in the long run and will you receive anything special for saving them??? which one do you guys chose

I am not sure what works out best in the long run, but I can tell you a few differences. Harvesting yields the most net Adam per Little Sister and leads to the "bad" ending. Rescuing provides less Adam payoff; however, after every three Little Sisters you rescue, you'll receive a gift at the next Gatherer's Garden you pass. The gift contains three things, any combination of the following: a nice supply of Adam, some cash, rare ammo, a plasmid, etc. Rescuing also leads to the "good" ending and earns you the silver trophy "Little Sister Savior" should you seek out and rescue every Little Sister in the game.     Honestly, everything that HyperGamer said is true, but he neglected to tell you that you only make 20 more Adam in the long run. Just thought you should know.

    On the harder difficulties, I say Harvest all of them. While in the long run it only nets you 20 more ADAM, Harvesting them gets you ADAM quicker (you don't have to wait for every 3 sisters to get a nice boost).

    On the easier difficulties, I say Save all of them. on those difficulties you won't have nearly as much difficulty getting through things, and more importantly the gifts given do contain Tonics you can't get otherwise, not to mention Hypnotize Big Daddy is one of my personal favorites.

    All in all its a toss up (and rightfully so), saving them gets you special plasmids/tonics, but you gain ADAM slower. Harvesting them keeps you from getting some plasmids/tonics, but you gain ADAM significantly faster (NOTE: you gain ADAM faster, but in the end the difference between the two methods is not significant).
