    I had mized reaction on this game. I loved Altair, his attitude was just so badass. And my first time going through the game was soo fun, and I was just thrilled with the game. After a while though I was doing the same thing over and over and it got pretty boring/repetitive. Not to mention the crappy ending. And now that ACII is out, THAT game is very much improved. It excells in every way. But NOW when I look back on this game... I just played it today... It may have been repetitive, but it was sooo kickass. Hell, it still is.

    well warren 5 what i think you should do is watch the remaining gameplay of the missions you didnt pass(if your really far) and then if desired buy ac 1 (unless you are rich)

    I have played ac2 a lot and im pretty far into the game but i don't have it (my brother does) and hes here only temporally. should i just get ac2 and finish it then get ac or get ac finish it then get ac2 or should i just get both? please answer thanks =]

    See, this game has given me mixed feelings. It was WAAAAAY too easy first off and there are no subtitles. It took me over half way through the game to understand what was going on kind of. I like the story, but it was way too repititive.

    They should have given the game at least an 8 and the second a 9.5. That sounds about right to me.

    i played ac and ac2 there both so amazing
    and yes i told my friends and family
    i stood up all night playing both all i can say is wow

    My dad sold this because he told me I could get Resident Evil 5, well that never happened and now I have extreme nostalgia for this game

    What r u talking about the AI was pretty good for the civilians,although the guards werent that smart in the fist one they r upgrading a near realistic standard

    Aww man this is one of my favorite games. I just picked it up again and it was like playing it for the first time. Even if they make an Assassin's creed 6 i would still wanna play it.I'll never get tired of this franchise. Amazing 10/10

    First 4-5 hoours of the game = cool story and fun gameplay .

    Rest of the game = repetetive gameplay, and only reason i was still playing was because of the cool assassinations you could pull off.

    I do think that AC2 will solve the problems the first one had. I have already preordered it. 9.0 is way too high a score for AC1, it "only" deserved a 8.0.

    I agree with everything Kevin said ... but he should have added about the meh facial animations and voice-acting. The animus highlighting the guards isn't a pretty effect, and the gameplay DOES get repetetive. That being said, its still a cool game. I would give it an 8.5.

    i thought this game was SOOOO boring after about 2 assassinations. Its just too plain repetitive and the combat became even boringer after about 30 mins when you master countering.

    I don't necessarily agree with the 9.0 score, as that is a very high score in general, but the parkour gameplay element really grabbed me, pretty cool game.
