my sims runs around and then dies i keep telling him to go out side but he didnt death comes talk on the phone and then uses the pot

Waterlogged
Sims that drown (by getting into a pool and then having no way to get out, such as the user removing the ladder) will eventually show up as ghosts. These unhappy ghosts leave puddles of water everywhere that will eventually turn in to weeds!
