Gallop Racer 3 to ship next month
Tecmo reveals the release date for the next game in its horse racing series for the PlayStation 2.
Tecmo has announced that Gallop Racer 3: A New Breed will ship in March. Like previous games in the series, Gallop Racer 3: A New Breed is a horse racing game that lets players experience the sport of horse racing. The game will feature a season mode in which players can place bets on different races and then use their winnings to purchase new facilities, new equipment, and new horses. There's also an extensive training mode that will help familiarize players with how to take care of horses and prep them for races.
"Fans of the unique title have been anticipating a new release since rumors started last year that a new version of the game would be released in the US," said Tony Tarpey, marketing manager at Tecmo. "We wanted to give the fans what they have been waiting for--a new and improved Gallop Racer that takes what made the series good and makes it better!"
