Konami delays ESPN MLS ship date

Konami's PlayStation 2 soccer game will now be released near the end of April.

Konami has delayed the North American release of ESPN MLS ExtraTime for the PlayStation 2. The game was originally planned for release on March 27, but it will now be released on April 24. Konami did not give any specific reason for the delay. ESPN MLS ExtraTime utilizes Konami's own ISS soccer engine and features Major League Soccer players and teams. Commentary in the game is provided by Louis "Gooooaaaaal" Tapia and SportsCenter mainstay Bob Ley. The game will carry a suggested retail price of $49.99.
