New Shots: ESPN International Track & Field
GameSpot takes another look at one of Konami's PS2 launch games, ESPN International Track & Field.
As previously reported, ESPN International Track & Field is currently on track to be a launch game when the PlayStation 2 is released in October in Europe and the United States.
These recent screenshots show most of the sports disciplines, and we must admit they look very impressive. Some of the screens are taken from the game's FMV intro and can be recognized by their lack of antialiasing. This obviously still remains a problem for many companies working on the PlayStation 2. Hopefully, these problems will be resolved in the final product.
