Suikoden V Question

I'm having trouble recruiting Taylor and Jeane, can someone help?

I won the battle in Lelcar but Taylor And Jeane are not showing up where they should be what did I miss?

I have tried what the walkthrough said. Do I eed a Victory + in the Lelcar battle?

for Jeane, first you gotta go the Big Hole and talk to the guard, then go to Lelcar and find her in the rune shop and investigate the big hole with her.

for Taylor, try walking out of your headquarters to the world map, and then walking back in and he should appear outside

Did you try activating the war room dialogue? Because Taylor shows up at the end of it.
