New Shining title from Sega

A new teaser on the Shining Tears Web site hints at something new from the popular series.

TOKYO--Fans of the Shining series have something to look forward to, as Sega's Shining Tears site recently added a witchy silhouette and the words, "Shining Next Project: Beginning."

Text at the top of the page explains, "We are planning a number of new things for the future. They will be announced soon, so please check back soon."

The series launched in 1991 with Shining in the Darkness for the Sega Genesis.

Two new games are due next month in the US, Shining Tears (due March 22) and Shining Force NEO (due March 24), both for the PlayStation 2. GameSpot will provide more details on the new titles as they become available.
