New media: Jade Cocoon 2
Ubi Soft is bringing Jade Cocoon 2 to North America and we have new media from the game.
Ubi Soft has sent over several new screenshots from Jade Cocoon 2 for the Sony PlayStation 2. The French publisher announced the North American release of the game, which includes monster raising and RPG elements, at E3 this year. Originally developed by Genki, the game uses a straightforward battle interface where players are able to select from one of ten monsters and perform attacks with simple one-button commands. Additional gameplay depth is added with the monster raising and breeding elements, which are based on the experience points that are accrued during battles. Jade Cocoon 2 will be released for the PlayStation 2 later this year.
