KoF Collection Orochi Question

Is this a good way to get into the serise. And is there really partial nudity in it?

    King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match would probably be your best bet. This game is best to go back and see how it developed, or to see the underlying story behind the first few games. (98 is a non-canon "Dream Match") Plus, that version of 98 doesn't have the bugs that this version has. And as for partial nudity...well look at Mai and there's your answer.
