Displace International?

Okay, on the top floor of Displace International there's a Secondary Mission and i forgot what it was but i know you have to record 2 people talking OH WAIT you have to find out stuff about Milan Nedich? or something like that yeah but how do i actually do it because if i turn the light off and use the ocp on the e wall or open the door they will be like WHOS THERE and then they dont talk from there but if i have the light on they will see me and i have never completed this objective even though i have completed this game twice, any help please?

I'm not exactly sure about this, but when you get to that point, don't disturb the lights or the window, but listen in with the EEV (Point at the OCPable window). You should hear them talking about their next assignment, and eventually one will talk about Milan Nedich.
