    1. Date Sasuke twice
    2. Try dating Lee, Neji or Guy.
    3. I think you'll have to date someone in Squad 10 (I think it was Shikamaru)
    4. I'm pretty sure Hinata has it. (coughcoughdatecoughcough)

    10-10's Ninja Tool Set: Maybe from Konohamaru, if not from the general store.

    Chili Pepper Pill: Maybe from d8ing Asuma, or from Konohamru.

    in order to get the "chakra Sand" you need to do 10 rounds of the sprring with gai in the nindo building
