This dark action adventure thriller puts you in the role of a killer on the run.

Sierra hasn’t released much information about Fahrenheit, but what we do have is certainly intriguing. The game is described as a “spectacular psycho thriller” in which you’ll play as Lucas Kane, a regular New Yorker who kills a stranger in a men’s room of a restaurant.

It turns out that this isn’t unusual behavior, because there’s a bizarre wave of ordinary people killing total strangers in New York. And now that your hands are bloody, you’ll have to figure out what’s going on and what dark forces are at work while you also stay one step ahead of the law.

In this action adventure game, you’ll be able to change the story by the decisions you make. You can control up to four characters in the game, playing both the hunted and the hunter. Sierra also touts “pure action sequences” reminiscent of Hollywood.

Fahrenheit is being developed for the PC, Xbox, and PS2 by Qunatic Dream, the French developer responsible for Eidos’ 1999 Omikron: The Nomad Soul, an action adventure game that featured legendary musician David Bowie. We’ll get you more about Fahrenheit from the E3 show floor.
