Dynasty Warrior 3 release date confirmed

Koei plans to release its PlayStation 2 title Dynasty Warriors 3 this September in Japan.

Koei has confirmed that it will release its Sony PlayStation 2 game Dynasty Warriors 3 on September 20 in Japan. Based on the Romance of Three Kingdoms, the first Dynasty Warriors on the PlayStation was a fighting game, followed by a sequel on the PlayStation 2, released last year. This third incarnation, like its predecessor, is a 3D action game. No North American release date has been officially announced, but it should be out by the end of the year in that territory.
