Wath means the second option of the world menu debug?

It appears a list of "event flags" from 0 to 9 and you can put a number on each one except the 0 flags and doesn't appears to be any changes on the game play, any knows waths for?

No one really knows what it does.
People have experimented with it, but it doesn't really seem to anything noticable.
So pretty much just ignore it.
