Command & Conquer: Red Alert Retaliation Question

Can you access the ant missions on the PSX version?

All guides seem to indicate how to do this on the PC version. I have tried changing the difficulty to hard as per the cheat sections but i dont know where to go from here?

The misions are available for both sides, but in each case, the main campaign must be beaten to access them on each disc.

Once you've beaten the campaign, simply move the cursor up to the UK on the map screen, and press X to activate the missions.

It should be noted that the ant missions are the same on both discs, despite having to complete the campaigns to access them on the respective disc.

Yes you must beat the game first though but i think you have to be playing the soviet disc, thats the one i played it on but i didnt beat the allies disc so i dont know if you can on there too.
