Dragoon level?

Are D.levels gained as use level or by use?

To Level up Dragoon, you must gain SP by doing Additions or using Spirit Potions. Also, you do not need to go Dragoon at all to go up in level. To know how much SP you need for each level, go to this FAQ and search for "DRAGOON LEVEL UP."
