V Jolt Chemical room code?

I am trying to find out how you access the code for the V Jolt room to mix the Chemicals. After reading several guides and other websites it is apparent that the code is on the pool table in the guardhouse. However when i check the sides of the pool table i just get the ball numbers 3,6,9. i have tried to enter this as the code but it does not open door. Any help?

Thanks. I have tried the various numbers from the FAQ's here but no luck. Was wondering if anyone knew the method of how to get this as i think it varies from game to game?

The pool cues on the pool table are in the shape of hands on a clock. The time shown is the code for the room.
