This game is very addictive at first and despite similar titles it will keep this characteristic with some amazing upgrades and twists like tanks and helicopters hijackings so you virtually can do anything in manhattan which is amazing enough for me. Graphics are gorgeous and light effects are awesome. The game world has plenty of sub-missions to complete so i think if you have enough time this title should entertain you for days if not hours. Sounds are incredible too but the story is somewhat cliche, although there are some good twists in the story as well but the characters have not enough depth and their feelings and actions are not understandable by the gamer. Frame rates on PC is good even on outdated graphic cards like mine (G-force 8600 GTS) which is really a positive aspect for any title these days. Controls on PC are not as good as the other aspects of the game though, so I recommend it to anyone who has a XBOX to play it on that console (which I do not have it) cause i think it will be a lot more fun hack n slash using game controls rather than a mouse and keyboard. Overall it is one of the best and definitely worth both your time n money.
