Very similar to the original title but still fun
Despite all this, there is a new story that continues from the first title so players who haven't played the first one will have to bear with it, not that it's much important though the players who did played the original will find some familiar faces there.
Prototype 2 has many collectible things and some challenges so you can compete and see how other players did compared to your score. This prolongs the games life, surly so you will look for things to collect and replay some challenges again and again to be just before your friends.
The game feels a bit easy on the difficulty side (although you can unlock some insane difficulty once you beat the game), no enemies can be a challenge for you and as you upgrade your abilities and powers, they will have lesser chance to do so.
There are some minor bugs that I've encountered. Like disappearance of a certain vehicle and some other cliches but none of them are going to interfere with the fun.
This game is pure fun, just roaming around slicing folk to half and doing a lot of damage to everything that moves and thinks that it have a chance against my might.
Bottom line, Prototype 2 much resembles the original game and adds very little...That's why I said: "been there, done that".
Suggestion: Rent this game just for fun.
