I'll keep this short and sweet. I don't review games too much, but for this one I had to come out of retirement. Please don't believe all the game review websites telling you that games have to be as deep or developed as Skyrim to be worth your money. Prototype 2 has it where it counts, and gives the player a real sense of progression through character development. If you're playing on hard, which is what I recommend, you'll start from a fledgling evolution that can take a few RPG rounds and morph into a god of pure sadistic destruction that brushes off TOW missles like nerf darts. Even the Radnet challenges are a nice change of pace from the typical kill everything within a two block radius. Radical Entertainment has taken the formula from a great original title and transformed it into a refined piece of pure fun that I will be enjoying on Insanity mode here in the next few days once I've gotten new game +. Not many games get a second full playthrough from me, but this one has found a new special place in my top 5. "Who the F#$% said I was a super hero!?"
