Drawings:Potential winners will be randomly selected on or about September 4, 2006 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Maximum Total of all Prizes: $1280 ARV All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. 1099 tax statements will be filed with the IRS for the winner of any prize that has a value exceeding $600. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Winner may make no substitutions, cash redemptions or transfer of prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsors. General Conditions: : By participating, entrants agree (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors and judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes; and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to the use by Sponsors and their designees of his/her name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission. Acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to have his or name released in a winner’s list which will be made available to the public. Internet: Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsors reserve the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing up to time of such action. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, gabled, inaccurate, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, or for any other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, network, electronic, technical, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
